What to expect
My Simple 3-Step Process:
You'll receive an email from me confirming I got your message and suggesting times for our discovery call.
2. We'll Have a Discovery Call (15-20 Minutes)
During our friendly, no-pressure conversation, we'll discuss:
- Your vision for the session
- Best timing for your family
- Location preferences (studio, outdoor, or in-home)
- Wardrobe planning
- Any questions you have about the process
3. Book Your Session (If We're a Good Fit!)
If we both feel we're a great match, I'll send you:
- Invoice for your $190 booking fee to secure your date
- Contract and model release
- Welcome guide with all the details
Timeline: From inquiry to session typically takes 4-6 weeks.

Session Location Options:
Studio Sessions - Professional studio space in Troy (rental included in your session fee)
Outdoor Sessions - Your favorite park, downtown Troy, or special location within 30 miles
In-Home Sessions - The comfort and familiarity of your own home

How quickly will you respond?
I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (usually much sooner!). If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or reach out via phone.
What if I'm not sure which session type I need?
That's perfectly fine! We'll discuss your needs during the discovery call and I'll recommend the best fit for your family.
Do you offer weekend sessions?
Yes! Weekend dates book quickly, so the earlier you reach out, the better your chance of securing your preferred date.
What's the investment for a session?
All sessions are $700 and include a one-hour photography experience, a custom signature album, and all edited digital images. [View full pricing details →]
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $190 non-refundable booking fee secures your date. The remaining balance of $510 is due one week before your session.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand life happens! You may reschedule once without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend sessions or specific seasonal timeframes (like fall colors or spring blooms).
Do you photograph newborns?
Not at this time. I specialize in baby milestones (3-12 months), cake smashes (first birthdays), and family sessions with children ages 0-15.
